At Avenelle Beauty, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review the policy below.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of wigs and hair products, returns may only be accepted if the item meets our return requirements.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.
  • The wig must not have been cut, styled, washed, brushed excessively, or altered.
  • The original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition.
  • You must contact us before sending an item back.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use may not be eligible for a return.

How to Request a Return

Please contact Avenelle Beauty at +1 (724) 977-3325 with your order number and the reason for your return.

Do not send an item back without contacting us first. We will provide instructions for the return process if your request is approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used, worn, altered, washed, cut, or otherwise modified wigs may not be eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at +1 (724) 977-3325. Please provide your order number and, when appropriate, photographs showing the issue so we can review it and determine the appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
